Courses Offered
All residents of India, fulfilling the education qualification, are eligible for admission to pharmacy courses. The pharmacy courses are duly approved by statutory bodies (AICTE and PCI) and affiliated to Rajasthan University.
Ph.D
- No. of seats : As available
- Course duration : 3/4 years (as applicable)
Eligibility : Ph.D is available in Pharmaceutics, Pharm. Chemistry, Quality Assurance. M.Pharm degree or a Master’s degree in Pharmacy considered as equivalent by RUHS Such candidates must have obtained atleast 55% marks in B.Pharm or M.Pharm. A relaxation of 5% marks at PG level to the SC/ST/OBC NCL/MBC NCL and PwD candidates shall be given.
Fee : As fixed by the college/ RUHS.
M. Pharm (Pharmaceutics)
- No. of seats : 15
- Course duration : 2 years (4 semesters)
Eligibility : At least 55% marks (aggregate of 4 years / 3 years for lateral entry admission) in Bachelor in Pharmacy of RUHS or any other University / Institution or any other examinations recognized as equivalent thereto by the competent authority [50% in case of candidates belonging to SC / ST / OBC non creamy layer / MBC non creamy layer of Rajasthan state]. For candidates having CGPA, after converting CGPA to equivalent percentage, at least 55% marks (aggregate of 4 years/ 3 years for lateral entry admission) in Bachelor in Pharmacy of RUHS or any other University / Institution or any other examinations recognized as equivalent thereto by the competent authority [50% in case of candidates belonging to SC / ST / OBC NCL / MBC NCL of Rajasthan state].
Fee : (as fixed by the Govt. of Rajasthan) : Rs. 1,25,000/- per year + caution money (refundable) (Session 2025-26)
Provision for scholarships for ST / SC / Minorities / other schemes as available from Government as per the rules.
B. Pharm
- No. of seats : 60
- Course duration : 4 years (8 semesters)
Eligibility : A pass in 10+2 examination or an equivalent examination (with English, Physics and Chemistry subjects along with Biology and/or Mathematics in 10+2 examination or an equivalent examination). The rules also provide for direct admission to B.Pharm Part-II (lateral entry) for students who have passed D.Pharm. As per Pharmacy Council of India (PCI) notification, candidates from open school are also eligible for admission to B.Pharm. and D.Pharm courses.
Fee : (as fixed by the Govt. of Rajasthan) : Rs. 56,500/- per semester + caution money (refundable) (Session 2025-26)

D. Pharm
- No. of seats : 60
- Course duration : 2 years
Eligibility : A pass in 10+2 examination or an equivalent examination (with English, Physics and Chemistry subjects along with Biology and / or Mathematics in 10+2 examination or an equivalent examination). As per Pharmacy Council of India (PCI) notification, candidates from open school are also eligible for admission to B.Pharm. and D.Pharm courses.
Fee : (as fixed by the Govt. of Rajasthan) : Rs. 72,300/- per year + caution money (refundable) (Session 2025-26)
